SubliminalTiers Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with SubliminalTiers. We appreciate your support and strive to deliver your order as quickly and accurately as possible. Please review our Shipping Policy before placing your order.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been received and verified.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • During product launches, sales, holidays, and high-volume periods, processing times may be longer. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Shipping Methods

Shipping options and estimated delivery times are provided during checkout and may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery destination
  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Selected shipping method

From time to time, SubliminalTiers may offer free shipping promotions. Eligibility requirements will be stated during the promotion.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States and its territories using trusted shipping carriers.

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available for select destinations.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • VAT
  • Brokerage fees
  • Any additional charges imposed by their country's customs agency

SubliminalTiers is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after the shipping label has been created.

Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Shipping delays may occur due to:

  • Severe weather
  • Carrier delays
  • High shipping volume
  • Customs inspections
  • Natural disasters
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

SubliminalTiers is not responsible for delays once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the address before your order ships.

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may require additional shipping charges before they can be reshipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the carrier becomes responsible for delivery.

If your package is:

  • Lost
  • Stolen
  • Marked as delivered but not received
  • Damaged during transit

Please contact the shipping carrier first to initiate a claim.

If additional documentation is needed, please contact SubliminalTiers and we will assist when possible.

Replacement or refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Split Shipments

Occasionally, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately to improve delivery times or due to inventory availability.

You will receive tracking information for each shipment if your order is split.

Pre-Orders

Products listed as Pre-Order will ship according to the estimated timeframe displayed on the product page.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may ship together once all items become available unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to refuse shipment to locations where delivery is prohibited by law or where shipping services are unavailable.
